Spatial Cognition Lab

at OHIO STATE

Our lab studies how we perceive, represent, and interact with the spatial world around us — all in the service of understanding how the mind works in general. But spatial cognition is just a starting point. Ultimately, we’re interested in all sorts of adjacent domains, particularly number and time, seeking, in each case, to understand the primitive representational units which serve as building blocks for complex, abstract thought.
